Alert: Update: Long Term Condition/ Medication Review Invitations

We’re updating the way we invite patients for their long term condition/ medication reviews to make the process more accurate and efficient.

As part of this update, you may now receive an invitation message called “GPSURG”.

This is a legitimate message from our surgery – not fraud – and will include a secure booking link for you to arrange an appropriate review appointment for what you require.

If there is no mobile number on record, we will send the invitation by email instead.

If you are unable to use the booking link, please contact the surgery directly, and our team will be happy to help you book your appointment.
