NHS App Support Drop in Session – Wed 16th April 2025!

Do you need to register for the NHS App but not sure where to start? Do you need help filling out an online medical request?

Head on down to Orchard Surgery, Gotham (NG11 0HE) on Wednesday 16th of April between 10:00 am and 13:00pm, and receive support from the Rushcliffe PCN Digital Inclusion Team.

Please bring with you:

• A smart phone or tablet
• Access to emails
• Phone number
• Photo ID (to register for the app)
